Noble Counseling, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide exceptional remote mental health services to individuals navigating the challenges of trauma. In this full-time position, you will leverage your expertise to foster healing and resilience among patients, making a substantial impact in their recovery journeys.

Our practice in Yonkers, New York, specializes in outpatient care delivered via telehealth, ensuring that we meet patients where they are, both physically and emotionally. Our team focuses on evidence-based treatments for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders, cultivating a safe and nurturing environment tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
This position is entirely remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own workspace while utilizing telehealth technologies. Our organization thrives on flexibility and adaptability, while also emphasizing the importance of collaboration among our health professionals. We offer a structured work schedule, typically Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient-specific needs. This position is supported by advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems designed to enhance patient care efficiency and documentation accuracy.
You will primarily work with individuals who have experienced significant trauma, including those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Your role will involve understanding the unique narratives of each patient, demonstrating empathy, and providing tailored interventions that resonate with their experiences, helping them achieve profound transformations on their path to recovery.
While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, applicants with a strong foundational understanding of trauma-focused interventions and treatment strategies will also be strongly considered. A background in delivering trauma-focused therapies is highly advantageous.
The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
