Riley Mental and Wellness Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health counselors, specifically individuals holding certifications as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselors (LCPC). This role entails providing mental health assessment and treatment services to clients in a fully remote setting, allowing you to engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships from the comfort of your home.

Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, offering full-time opportunities with substantial flexibility to set your own hours. Key Responsibilities

• Provide ethical and compassionate individual counseling services through video chat, ensuring that clients feel heard and respected.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment methodologies to help clients engage with their therapeutic processes.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with the unique needs and circumstances of your clients, incorporating their goals and preferences.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships, empowering them towards healthier coping strategies.
• Conduct ongoing progress assessments throughout the treatment journey, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize client outcomes.
• Document all clinical interactions in accordance with regulatory requirements, minimizing paperwork to maximize client engagement time.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve helping stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress management, and life transitions. By equipping clients with the skills to enhance their quality of life, you play a vital role in their personal development and resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current, state-issued mental health counseling license that permits independent practice (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC). Please highlight your specific qualifications and licensed state in your application.
• Prohibitions include: no provisional licenses or ongoing disciplinary actions against your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients are essential.
• Strong computer literacy is necessary to navigate our digital platforms effectively.
• A reliable internet connection, along with a computer equipped with audio-visual capabilities for virtual sessions.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling is preferred.
• Experience utilizing telehealth technologies effectively in treatment delivery.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, dependent on experience and working hours. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus, monthly healthcare stipends for full-time counselors, and weekly direct deposit for seamless income management.
