Working remotely, you will be part of a dynamic community health clinic that prioritizes innovation and quality care for our patients. Our collaborative culture encourages open communication and teamwork among various health professionals, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure continuity of care. Flexibility is a key aspect of this position, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, along with occasional evening shifts based on patient requirements.
The primary clientele will consist of individuals grappling with substance use disorders, encompassing a diverse range of backgrounds and life experiences. As a therapist, you will often work with clients at various stages of their recovery journey, providing them with the tools needed to overcome obstacles and build a healthier future. A strong emphasis is placed on understanding the multifaceted nature of addiction and incorporating familial and community support systems into treatment plans.
A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling, particularly in a setting focused on substance use disorders, is highly desirable. Proficiency with integrated care models and prior work in a community-based health environment will be viewed favorably.
This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
