Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client mental health needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities to address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, closely tracking their progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients preferring virtual meetings, ensuring accessibility and convenience without compromising care quality.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation aligned with ethical standards, ensuring compliance with both legal and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, trainings, and peer consultations aimed at enhancing clinical skills and knowledge of emerging practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work predominantly with a diverse clientele facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and depression. By delivering compassionate care and evidence-based therapy, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys and foster a greater sense of well-being.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active and valid professional license in Nevada as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients to create a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Exhibit compassion and a non-judgmental approach to clients' experiences, ensuring a supportive environment during therapy.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities are crucial for managing caseloads and administrative duties efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a private practice setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices in virtual therapy settings will enhance team integration.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload size.
