Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gaugeclients' mental health needs, establishing a clear understanding of their concerns and treatment objectives.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's specific goals, while incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing solution-focused approaches to foster progress and empowerment.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to effectively deliver virtual therapy sessions, accommodating clients with flexible scheduling options.
• Offer crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring clients receive timely assistance during urgent situations.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling, enhancing your skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and interpersonal difficulties. Our therapists are encouraged to adopt a holistic approach, integrating social, emotional, and psychological factors to provide comprehensive support to each individual.

Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, fostering an environment of trust and understanding.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing client schedules and documentation effectively.
• A clean professional history with no disciplinary actions recorded against your license.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health setting or with diverse populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy techniques is beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention and skills in handling acute mental health situations.

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, directly related to your caseload and experience.
