Work Environment

This is a remote position that allows you to provide essential mental health services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a predictable routine that promotes harmony between professional commitments and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis assessment techniques to evaluate and manage clients experiencing urgent mental health crises.
• Provide swift, compassionate, and effective counseling to clients in distress, facilitating immediate emotional support.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response personnel when necessary to ensure client safety during critical situations.
• Develop and implement personalized crisis intervention plans based on individual client needs and situations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in Florida.
• A minimum of three years of direct experience in mental health counseling, particularly in crisis intervention settings.
• Additional training or specialization in trauma-informed care and crisis response preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
