Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments during initial consultations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and challenges.
• Design and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals and preferences, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, couple counseling, and group therapy workshops, utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques to foster a safe and supportive environment for sharing experiences.

Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State is required.
• A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Documented experience conducting both individual and group therapy, showcasing a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Expertise in evidence-based techniques, ensuring the highest quality of care in mental health treatment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–90,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
