Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy strategies, employing evidence-based techniques to address the unique situations and challenges faced by clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, formulating comprehensive treatment plans that prioritize client needs and preferences.
• Deliver various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to individuals, couples, and groups.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining consistent communication to ensure holistic care strategies and continuity of treatment for clients.
• Keep current and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain up-to-date with advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is essential.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental healthcare practice.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, along with a bonus structure that allows for unlimited earnings based on performance.
