Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be entrusted with a variety of key responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments to determine the needs of clients.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Developing individualized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and objectives, ensuring continuous follow-up and adjustments as necessary.
• Actively participating in the multi-disciplinary team process, collaborating with other health professionals to contribute to a cohesive treatment plan aimed at optimizing client recovery.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records while minimizing administrative burdens.
• Engaging clients in evidence-based therapeutic techniques that promote lasting change and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population consisting of individuals grappling with substance abuse challenges and accompanying mental health disorders. Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• License: A current, valid license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is mandatory.
• Background: Candidates must fulfill pre-employment conditions, including a tuberculosis screening, background check (criminal and driving record), drug screening, and reference checks. Ongoing monitoring throughout employment aligns with legal and company policies.

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experiences are preferred for this role:

• Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly with clients who have co-occurring disorders.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams to enhance comprehensive treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
