Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients’ mental health status and individual needs.
• Craft and implement tailored treatment plans based on clients' specific goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing effective evidence-based treatment modalities and solution-focused strategies.
• Utilize our user-friendly teletherapy platform to facilitate virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a smooth and effective client experience.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services as necessary, demonstrating professionalism and swift response to critical situations.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including training and workshops, to stay abreast of the latest mental health practices and theories.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enhance the therapeutic relationship with clients.
• A compassionate demeanor and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Adept organizational skills and effective time management capabilities.
• No history of disciplinary actions on professional licensing board.

Preferred Experience
