This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 115,000–130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of clients. This includes determining diagnoses and creating individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care. This teamwork ensures that all aspects of a client’s treatment are aligned and that no crucial details are overlooked.
• Engage in crisis intervention and stabilization techniques to support clients experiencing acute distress, thereby ensuring their safety and immediate mental health needs are addressed promptly.
• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness. These initiatives often involve working with schools, local organizations, and community groups to reduce stigma and increase access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse range of clients from various cultural backgrounds, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, and other complex mental health issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build therapeutic rapport with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling effective interactions with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient setting, particularly with diverse populations and individuals with complex mental health needs.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client documentation and treatment plans effectively.
• Previous involvement in community outreach initiatives or mental health advocacy programs.
