Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Guide clients in discussing challenging emotions and life experiences, fostering an open line of communication.
• Assist clients in identifying and achieving their personal therapeutic objectives through structured goal-setting and progress monitoring.
• Implement strategies to help clients recognize and alter harmful behaviors that may hinder their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on adults seeking mental health support who may have limited access to traditional in-person therapy sessions. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they are stable and at lower acuity levels, allowing for more productive therapeutic engagements. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C).
• Exceptional communication skills alongside strong interpersonal abilities, allowing for empathetic client interactions.
