Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, offering tailored support to enhance clients’ mental well-being.
• Encourage clients to engage in discussions about their emotions and experiences, foster self-awareness, and deepen their understanding of interpersonal relationships.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining clear, attainable mental health goals.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions and create personalized treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach informed by your clinical knowledge and expertise.
• Document client progress through our secure platform, ensuring that treatment plans are updated regularly to reflect any changes in client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

• Your clients will primarily consist of pre-screened, stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns.

Qualifications

• Education: Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in fields such as Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Licensing: A full license to practice independently is essential, including but not limited to:
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• No limitations or provisional licenses will be accepted; candidates must demonstrate a clear record without disciplinary actions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 based on the number of hours worked, with the potential for additional earnings through full-time client caseloads (30+ hours per week).
