Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
• Facilitate therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and any adjustments to treatment plans.
• Deliver ongoing care and support for clients grappling with mental health diagnoses and/or substance use disorders, ensuring continuity of care.
• Actively engage in regular staff meetings and professional development opportunities, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continual improvement.
• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders, employing a range of assessment tools to inform treatment decisions.
• Work in tandem with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will touch the lives of a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction. We serve adults and adolescents, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet their varied needs, promoting resilience and recovery throughout the therapeutic process. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of two years of experience working in mental health counseling or therapy.
• Proven ability to build strong, meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Exceptional communication skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience with telehealth technologies and a strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices will be seen as beneficial. Familiarity with behavioral health administration and record management software can enhance your effectiveness in this role, as will any background in working with underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits
