Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, evidence-based therapy services tailored to individual client needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client backgrounds and therapy needs, developing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Facilitate therapy sessions, including individual, couples, and family counseling, while fostering a safe and trusting environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
• Regularly collaborate with clients to co-create achievable goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation that adheres to all regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse and includes individuals from various backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is required. An advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) is strongly preferred.
• Candidates must possess a full, unrestricted license in the state of California (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) to provide therapy independently and without supervision.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to diverse populations is highly desirable.
• Experience with virtual therapy modalities or telehealth practices is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with outcome measurement tools and data-driven treatment approaches, ensuring the best client outcomes, is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits
