Key Responsibilities

In the role of Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, considering both psychological and medical backgrounds to address patients' unique circumstances.
• Develop, implement, and manage integrated treatment plans that encompass psychiatric care and treatment for co-occurring medical conditions, ensuring a holistic approach to wellness.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the specific needs of diverse patients.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including medical providers and other healthcare professionals, to create coordinated care plans for best outcomes.
• Provide timely crisis intervention, offering support during mental health emergencies while prioritizing patient safety and immediate care.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
