This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to utilize telehealth technologies to deliver accessible mental health services from the comfort of your home. Located in Bellevue, Washington, Haña Health and Wellness Clinic is a thriving outpatient psychiatric office committed to treating a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Our team comprises compassionate professionals who employ evidence-based practices to empower patients on their journey to mental wellness. Work Environment

The role is primarily remote, allowing counselors to engage in telehealth services. Our telehealth facility is equipped with advanced technology that ensures smooth communication between staff and patients. While working from home, you will have support from a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to streamline patient care and enhance treatment outcomes. Our regular scheduling is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible hours as needed to accommodate patient demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide individual, couple, and family therapy.
• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups that address common psychological issues, working to create a sense of community among participants.
• Collaborate closely with fellow clinicians and allied health professionals to ensure cohesive and holistic care for all patients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to support clients during mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Educate clients about mental health challenges, available treatments, and community resources to promote understanding and self-advocacy.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families grappling with varying degrees of mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with patients from different cultural backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses, enabling your practice to reflect a rich tapestry of experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; however, a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.
• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic treatment approaches.
• Demonstrated skill in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.
• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to varied populations is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with an ability to establish rapport with clients quickly.
• Strong ethical judgment and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in digital communication tools.
• Capacity to work well within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
