Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health conditions, history, and needs using our integrated assessment tools.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals, incorporating evidence-based methodologies.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.
• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate support during critical moments.
• Participate in professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay current with evolving mental health best practices and compliance standards.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in an electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Renew You Therapy, you will engage with adult clients from diverse backgrounds, working collaboratively to create healing pathways and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients effectively.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently in a remote working environment.
• No record of disciplinary actions on your professional license.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting, particularly with adult populations.
• Experience with teletherapy modalities and familiarity with digital therapeutic tools enhance service delivery and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 per year, contingent upon caseload and experience. Additionally, we provide:
