Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clients’ unique needs, goals, and preferences, integrating evidence-based practices.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions, using established modalities tailored to suit varied client needs.
• Continuously monitor and document client progress while adjusting treatment plans in response to their evolving needs and circumstances.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients encountering urgent mental health issues, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant ethical standards.
• Engage in collaborative care by working with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinicians.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and treatment methodologies to enhance your clinical practice.
• Participate in regular supervision and continuous professional training, fostering a culture of growth and skill enhancement.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and professional standards established by relevant state licensing boards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and we emphasize culturally competent care that respects and addresses each individual's unique experiences. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills with a proven ability to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trusting relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred, demonstrating effective therapeutic outcomes with clients.
• Experience using telehealth platforms and providing virtual therapy is highly desirable to facilitate client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualification, along with performance-based bonuses.
