Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our clinical team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health and psychosocial needs of clients.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique circumstances and therapeutic objectives.
• Facilitating engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote effective coping strategies.
• Collaborating with other professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to deliver integrated care plans that address all aspects of a client’s well-being.
• Providing education and support to clients’ families to foster a supportive environment for recovery at home.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license as one of the following: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A solid understanding of evidence-based practices for treating a range of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits
