Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver individual therapy sessions.
• Set achievable therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress toward these goals.
• Provide teletherapy sessions, allowing for flexibility and accessibility while ensuring a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies to track client progress and billing.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and conferences to stay current with best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will support include individuals facing a variety of challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications

• Possession of a current and valid state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD).
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect and build rapport effectively with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy and a non-judgmental attitude that fosters a safe space for clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
