The work environment at Hear-A-Mind Inc. is primarily remote, allowing our therapists the flexibility to provide care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, with a standard schedule of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Depending on patient needs, occasional flexibility may be required.
