Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations that delve into clients' mental health concerns, leveraging standardized tools and methodologies to gather comprehensive insights.
• Deliver tailored individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) according to the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to co-create therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting these goals based on progress and changing circumstances.
• Provide teletherapy options to clients who may face geographical or physical accessibility challenges, ensuring consistent access to mental health support.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation that meets all ethical and legal standards, documenting treatment processes and client progress accurately in electronic health record systems.
• Engage proactively in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and seminars, ensuring current knowledge of best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve range from adults dealing with anxiety and depression to individuals facing life transitions and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to ensure meaningful engagement with clients.
• A history of providing compassionate, empathetic therapy while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage caseload and fulfill administrative responsibilities, ensuring client records are kept accurate and up-to-date.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly with diverse adult populations.
• Previous exposure to teletherapy platforms and e-health record systems is a plus.
• Continued engagement in specialized training reflecting emerging trends in mental health treatment.
