Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions with clients via video conferencing technology, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to guide therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on thorough assessments of client strengths, needs, and goals.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotional experiences and interpersonal relationships, fostering self-awareness and growth.
• Monitor client progress in alignment with treatment goals, adjusting approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes and promote healthy coping strategies.
• Document all sessions and treatment progress with minimal paperwork, allowing for an efficient focus on therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Your therapeutic efforts will be focused on helping these individuals cultivate vital skills for improving their quality of life and emotional well-being. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current and full licensure such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required for practicing independently.
• Applicants must not possess a limited or provisional license, nor have any current disciplinary actions.

Preferred Experience
