Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and therapeutic needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual counseling, family therapy sessions, and group therapy, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship challenges.
• Continuously monitor and assess client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention support as needed, ensuring immediate and effective assistance for clients experiencing acute challenges.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records following all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards to ensure the highest level of care.
• Collaborate with other professionals within our team to provide a multidisciplinary approach to client care, ensuring comprehensive support.
• Stay informed of the latest research, techniques, and developments in the mental health field through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and share insights with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role specifically focuses on outpatient services for a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges. Therapists will engage with individuals from different backgrounds, cultures, and ages and may address a broad spectrum of issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, relationship difficulties, and family concerns. The therapist's support is instrumental in helping individuals navigate their journeys toward emotional resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is mandatory.
