Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional status of clients, utilizing standardized tools and techniques.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans that are not only tailored to each client's specific needs but which also incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapeutic services including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, demonstrating a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.
• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and documentation, adjusting treatment plans in alignment with evolving needs and objectives.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, demonstrating immediate impact during high-stress situations to mitigate risks and provide support.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records, adhering to legal standards and ethical codes to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to leverage comprehensive treatment approaches for clients.
• Engage in continual education and training opportunities to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.
• Commit to ethical practice in all client interactions and decisions, in accordance with guidelines set forth by relevant licensing boards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Mental Health Therapist will work with a diverse client population, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. You will contribute to enhancing their coping strategies and emotional resilience, which is vital for achieving long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is essential.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities, as well as sound decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with peers.
• Empathy, compassion, and a deep commitment to fostering client well-being are paramount.

• Robust knowledge of ethical guidelines and laws relevant to mental health practice.

Preferred Experience

• At least three years of experience in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required. Experience with remote service delivery is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have access to various benefits, including:
