Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances and mental health goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and the highest standards of confidentiality.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care and personal growth in therapeutic practices.
• Educate patients and families on mental health issues, involving them in the treatment process by providing information about conditions, treatment options, and community resources.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health care by attending workshops, webinars, and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on assisting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our patient population encompasses a wide demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults, allowing for a rich and varied clinical experience that directly supports community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current, active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and interventions that cater to the specific needs of each client.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to develop therapeutic relationships built on trust and empathy.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a competence in guiding clients through complex situations towards positive outcomes.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in teletherapy settings or specialized training in trauma-informed care, CBT, or DBT will be highly valued. Additionally, prior experience working within diverse communities and varying age groups can enhance the effectiveness of care provided.
