Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' unique experiences, histories, and challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic interventions that consider cultural backgrounds and individual needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address a wide spectrum of mental health issues.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, providing immediate support and stabilization during mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, fostering a collaborative treatment approach.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Take part in weekly case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training sessions to promote continuous growth within the team.
• Stay updated on current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health therapy to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will directly serve a diverse clientele from varied ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid licensure as an LIMFT, LPCC, or LISW in the state of Ohio.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches that promote cultural competence.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy using culturally responsive methods.
• Strong crisis intervention capabilities and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with diverse patients.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to support efficient practice management.
• A commitment to upholding professional ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a collaborative treatment environment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work experience in outpatient behavioral health settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth methodologies and digital communication tools.
• Participation in culturally responsive training and workshops.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a generous benefits package that includes:
