Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health status and individual needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to promote their mental wellness journey.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's specific challenges and goals.
• Effectively use teletherapy tools to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and quality of care.
• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, employing rapid response strategies to safeguard client well-being.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and conferences, to stay abreast of best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse client population includes adults dealing with a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relational challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges, utilizing approaches that respect their individuality and personal experiences.

Qualifications

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with clients.
• Demonstrated compassion and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients and their experiences.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills essential for maintaining an effective caseload.
• No history of disciplinary actions on any state board.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy in a varied settings, particularly in community health or outpatient programs.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology used in remote therapy sessions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client caseload effectively while maintaining high standards of care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience.
