This is a fully remote position, offering flexible work hours from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. By utilizing a technology-driven platform, our counselors can effectively conduct therapy sessions via secure live video, allowing them to connect with clients in a convenient and comfortable setting. As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse population of clients presenting a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to interact with clients from various backgrounds, which enriches the therapeutic process and allows for a deeper understanding of individual experiences. Your ability to adapt your therapeutic approach to a broad spectrum of needs will facilitate positive outcomes and enhance client engagement.
While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred, we are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with virtual therapy platforms and are familiar with EMR systems. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 110,000 annually, along with performance-based incentives.
