Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques tailored to the client's needs.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, develop initial treatment plans, and create discharge plans as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy services provided, ensuring compliance with facility and professional standards.
• Manage and maintain an assigned caseload, ensuring timely follow-up and adjustments to treatment plans as client needs evolve.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all client interactions, actively responding to patient feedback and addressing concerns promptly.
• Promote client safety as a top priority and strive to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops, contributing to a culture of learning and improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse population across the lifespan, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field.
• Valid state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider; candidates must hold licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and diagnostic criteria applicable to emotional and behavioral disorders.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience working effectively with children, adolescents, and adults, displaying cultural competence and empathy.
• Previous experience in a remote telehealth environment is a plus, as well as a familiarity with teletherapy tools and technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
