South Pine Counseling Center is actively seeking dedicated and qualified Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), to join our progressive telehealth platform. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to provide essential mental health services while working from home, contributing to the well-being of clients throughout California.

As a member of our team, you will operate within a fully remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life effectively. Our telehealth model means that you can conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home, using secure videoconferencing technology. The work hours are flexible, enabling you to design a schedule that fits your lifestyle—whether you prefer to work weekday evenings, weekends, or a mix of both. Ultimately, you have the autonomy to choose your availability and work up to 40 hours or as few as 5 hours per week.
Our client base primarily consists of individuals experiencing low acuity mental health issues, ensuring that therapists are equipped to support clients who present with manageable concerns. You'll have the option to select up to three client demographics that align with your interests and expertise, allowing you to focus on the areas where you feel most effective and fulfilled. All clients are pre-screened to confirm stability, ensuring a productive therapeutic environment.
South Pine Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on the number of hours worked and clinical experience. In addition to a substantial sign-on bonus, we provide a monthly stipend to cover medical, dental, and vision benefits exclusively for full-time therapists, enhancing your overall compensation package.
