As a fully remote organization, Inner Mastery, LLC utilizes telehealth technology to reach clients across Florence, Oregon, and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with current best practices for each client's specific diagnosis.
• Conduct therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification techniques, and brief therapy approaches.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive treatment plans encompassing all aspects of the patient’s mental health.
• Deliver weekly therapy sessions via secure, synchronous live video, providing support to adults facing a variety of emotional challenges and disorders.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments to gauge client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using our efficient digital tools, allowing for easy tracking of clinical notes and client progress milestones.
• Engage with the Therapy Leadership Team for ongoing support, supervision, and professional consultation as needed.
• Formulate mental health diagnoses in accordance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Mental Health Therapist will involve working primarily with adults grappling with a broad spectrum of emotional issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited institution in clinical psychology, counseling, clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
• An active and independent license to practice in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. Holding licenses in multiple states is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and a desire to integrate technology into clinical practices.
• A commitment to providing inclusive and culturally sensitive mental health care to a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, specializing in individual therapy.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic approaches and modalities, particularly those proven to be effective via telehealth.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Active participation in professional development activities, such as workshops or training related to mental health.
