Your ability to connect with and understand patients from different backgrounds will be crucial in delivering effective solutions and enhancing their overall mental wellness.
Experience working in a community health setting and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions will be considered a strong advantage. Candidates with ongoing professional development or additional certifications in specialized therapies will be given preference.
