Work Environment

This remote position allows for a convenient and adaptable work environment, enabling therapists to meet clients in a setting that is comfortable for both parties. Although you will primarily work from home, you will have the opportunity to engage with team members through virtual meetings and case consultations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client's mental health status, using standardized tools and techniques.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are reflective of clients' unique needs and therapeutic goals, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based practices that enhance emotional well-being.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate holistic care strategies and resource sharing.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal standards governing mental health practice to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and stress management. Your role will involve providing empathetic and tailored support to different age groups and backgrounds, fostering stronger coping strategies and resilience among your clients.

Qualifications

• Holding a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including but not limited to:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health therapy in clinical settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and engage effectively in therapy sessions.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to team-oriented initiatives.
• Familiarity with evidence-based mental health treatment practices and an eagerness to apply them in clinical settings.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and digital tools for remote sessions.
• Background in providing care to a multicultural population, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.
• Participating in interdisciplinary teams to devise comprehensive treatment plans.

• Competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
