Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, utilizing a telehealth platform to deliver care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, formulate diagnostic conclusions, and create personalized treatment plans that reflect the clients' unique needs.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to client goals.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and appropriate care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including therapy notes, progress reports, and treatment plans, in alignment with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Collaboratively work with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic treatment approaches for complex client needs.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics and refer them to community resources that can support their journey to wellness.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development through workshops, training, and integration of the latest therapeutic modalities into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from children to seniors, facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you'll work closely with diverse populations, fostering a therapeutic alliance that respects individuals' unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is mandatory; however, a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, particularly in virtual settings.
• A minimum of two years of related clinical experience is essential.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective engagement with clients and their families.
• Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a cohesive team.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
