Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while serving patients in our outpatient office setting. The work schedule generally adheres to Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required to accommodate the unique needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Rockwell Psychotherapy Ltd., your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough, trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' histories and tailor individual treatment plans accordingly.
• Developing personalized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and enhance their overall well-being.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and address complex mental health needs.
• Offering crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies to ensure immediate and effective support for patients.
• Educating patients and their family members on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and resources to aid in recovery.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participating in ongoing case consultations and team meetings to promote a culture of learning and excellence in trauma-informed care.
• Staying abreast of the latest advancements in trauma treatment methodologies, contributing to professional growth and service excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on individuals who have experienced trauma, including those with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possessing the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
• An understanding of trauma-related disorders and experience with trauma-informed treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences and skills are highly regarded:

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based trauma-focused therapies and interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to patient care.
• Ability to remain composed in high-stress situations, demonstrating strong crisis management skills.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient management and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a shared goal of promoting patient health.

Compensation and Benefits
