Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through secure virtual platforms, adapting techniques to meet the unique requirements of each client.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and provide continuous support and guidance throughout the treatment process.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to client preferences and goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of session notes, client progress, and treatment outcomes to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Engage in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices and innovations in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Heartwork Health Care Inc., you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our focus is on providing empathetic and individualized care that respects each client’s unique background, culture, and therapeutic needs.

Qualifications

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish a therapeutic rapport remotely.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and cultural competence in addressing clients' unique experiences and challenges.
• Effective organizational and time-management capabilities to manage caseload and documentation remotely.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using telehealth platforms for remote counseling.
• Background in working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally responsive therapy practices.
• Knowledge of integration methodologies for physical and mental health service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, contingent on caseload and experience.
