Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their emotional and psychological needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and strategies considering each client’s unique circumstances.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to promote personal growth, resilience, and well-being.
• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges or those who prefer virtual sessions for convenience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and state regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops, conferences, and peer consultations, to expand your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counseling services cater to diverse individuals seeking help for a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, providing them with a safe space to explore their thoughts and emotions while equipping them with practical tools for change.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a private practice setting or community health clinic.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Previous experience providing teletherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
