Work Environment

This full-time or part-time position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility to balance personal and professional commitments in a comfortable and confidential setting. In addition, we provide administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing to allow you to focus on client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering personal growth and mental wellness.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities suited to each client’s specific circumstances, demonstrating adaptability in therapeutic techniques.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress regularly to ensure effectiveness and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients facing barriers to in-person visits, utilizing secure platforms for virtual sessions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical standards and regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to cultivate skills and stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement, with preference given to candidates holding a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

Preferred candidates will have prior experience working in a community health setting, demonstrating proficiency in providing therapy to individuals who have faced significant barriers to mental health care. Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement in therapeutic strategies are also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

Family Health Care Group offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a robust salary package, we provide the following benefits:
