Work Environment

This position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing for a flexible scheduling of clinical hours that can range between 10 to 40 hours weekly or more, depending on your availability and client demand. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, to understand their needs deeply and triage care appropriately.
• Document clinical notes and treatment plans with precision, ensuring timely and ethical completion of all necessary paperwork while collaborating with other healthcare professionals during interdisciplinary meetings.
• Implement and adapt evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to meet the specific needs of clients and families in their therapeutic journey.
• Facilitate case management by collaborating with community resources and professionals, enhancing the support network available to clients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to continually refine therapeutic techniques and share insights with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will encompass a diverse client population with varying mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma. Working with different age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, you will tailor your approach to ensure that every individual receives customized care. Our clients often seek assistance with developing coping strategies, enhancing emotional regulation, and improving interpersonal relationships, making your role essential in guiding them towards healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a valid license as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) from the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required to ensure the delivery of competent and ethical care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices is highly advantageous, as this role is centered around virtual care delivery.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities beyond CBT, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), will enhance your effectiveness as a therapist.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate treatment plans and patient progress with interdisciplinary team members.

Compensation and Benefits
