Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, utilizing standardized screening tools to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client, taking into account their unique background, goals, and challenges.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure clients receive holistic and integrated care tailored to their specific needs.
• Educate and involve clients' families in the treatment process, fostering a supportive environment that encourages open dialogue and understanding.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring the integrity of our therapeutic documentation.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, including training in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in telehealth settings, fluency with telecommunication tools, and familiarity with electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits

• At Changing Phases Care Solutions, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
