Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, and accurately formulate clinical diagnoses based on evidence-based practices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the client's goals, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to their unique needs, be it cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or others.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment that promotes open dialogue.
• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, employing de-escalation techniques and supportive counseling to navigate their crises.
• Document all interactions and maintain comprehensive, confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to deliver integrated care that addresses all aspects of the client’s well-being.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment modalities, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge and advocacy.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications
