This role is fully remote, allowing our therapists to maintain a flexible work schedule tailored to their personal and professional lives. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with patients through active listening and empathy, creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences.
• Conduct thorough assessments of mental health conditions by diagnosing and evaluating patients to define their needs and treatment goals.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique circumstances and desired outcomes.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to patient needs.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and effective care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed for referrals and comprehensive care treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with represent a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. You will be instrumental in assisting diverse populations, including individuals from varying socioeconomic backgrounds and cultures, helping them develop coping strategies and fostering resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Ability to provide both individual and group therapy with proven experience in diverse therapeutic settings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing for efficient administration of patient care along with effective management of an evolving workload.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working specifically with telehealth systems and technologies, enhancing the capability to perform remote patient assessments and therapy sessions effectively.
• Skillful in utilizing therapeutic tools and methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
