Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine the mental health needs of clients, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored specifically to their individual goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, ensuring that sessions are not only effective but also cater to the unique preferences of each client.
• Engage clients in collaborative discussions to establish therapy goals, continually offering support, encouragement, and modifications to treatment plans based on their progress and feedback.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy, to meet diverse client needs and preferences.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions, monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Therapists will work with a diverse population, addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and a therapeutic relationship with clients in a virtual setting.
• Empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients' experiences and unique challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively facilitate therapy sessions and maintain documentation remotely.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing remote mental health services is advantageous, providing familiarity with the nuances of virtual counseling.
• Experience working with underserved populations and understanding their specific challenges in accessing mental health care.
• Demonstrated skill in utilizing various telehealth platforms to connect with clients.
