Join Wellness Care Psychological Center as a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) and play a pivotal role in transforming the mental health landscape for our patients. Wellness Care Psychological Center is a leading outpatient psychiatric office located in Paterson, New Jersey. Our practice is committed to delivering high-quality mental health services to a diverse patient base, focusing on treatment across various conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance addictions. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates closely to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured workweek, primarily from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While the work setting allows for a supportive remote culture, some flexibility in scheduling may be required based on the needs of our patients. This approach enables therapists to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering critical mental health services.
Our therapists work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. This role is particularly impactful as it involves treating patients across a spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, allowing you to develop adaptable approaches tailored to varying needs.
While we require at least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, professional experience with diverse populations and specific therapeutic techniques will enhance your candidacy. A background in crisis intervention or psychoeducation is highly desirable.
The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
