The ideal candidate will be licensed as either an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT and have at least two years of clinical experience focusing on youth populations. This position is structured to be fully remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their own home while still engaging closely with a dynamic team. Our outpatient office in Pottstown, Pennsylvania serves as a resource hub for administrative support and clinical collaboration.
You will primarily work with children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your role will involve not only therapy but also active engagement with families, helping to create supportive environments for the young individuals you serve. By developing rapport and trust, you will play an essential role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys.
The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, with the possibility of performance-based bonuses.
