Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through secure video chat sessions, employing a compassionate approach to understand each client's unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to individual cases, helping clients navigate their mental health journeys.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and outline strategies for achieving positive mental health outcomes.
• Guide clients in developing insights about their challenges, emotions, and relationships, fostering self-awareness and resilience.
• Regularly monitor each client's progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and encouraging the development of healthy coping mechanisms.
• Document client interactions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve adults with stable, low-acuity mental health needs. Our client base spans a variety of backgrounds and experiences, and your expertise will help individuals improve their quality of life by addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. You will provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to express their concerns and work towards their personal goals.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid state-issued mental health counseling license, which allows for independent practice without supervision. Acceptable licenses include LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent.
• No limitations or provisional licenses; candidates must not have disciplinary actions against their license.
• Proficient interpersonal skills with a strong capacity for empathy, enabling you to connect effectively with clients.
• Strong computer literacy, including the ability to navigate telehealth platforms and online documentation systems.
• A reliable computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting video sessions, along with a stable internet connection.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing mental health services within a remote setting.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Experience working with diverse populations and varying mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, determined by your level of experience and hours worked.
