Full-Time Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LMFT/LPCC/LCSW

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' psychosocial needs to identify appropriate treatment or referral options, which may include case management, short-term counseling, or crisis intervention.
• Assist patients in completing necessary documentation for entitlements, supplemental insurance, and other benefits, helping to reduce reliance on emergency assistance programs.
• Facilitate access to prescription cost assistance through partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and community resources, ensuring patients receive essential medications.
• Act as an advocate when collaborating with local agencies and resources, ensuring that patients are receiving appropriate support and services.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records, preparing reports and documentation that align with organizational standards and healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate transportation assistance for patients when necessary, ensuring they have the means to attend appointments and access services.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress, share insights, and contribute to team goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex mental health conditions. Our patients include adults, adolescents, and families seeking support through telehealth services. You will provide personalized care that considers each individual’s unique circumstances, empowering them to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• An active and independent license in one of the following: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a mental health counseling capacity.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with experience in telehealth settings or working with diverse populations may be prioritized. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telecommunication platforms will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
