Work Environment

This position is designed for an outpatient setting and allows for significant remote work flexibility, aligning with our clinic's commitment to providing excellent patient care while respecting the work-life balance of our team members. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured work schedule that fosters stability and predictability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and individualized therapy sessions for clients of varying ages and backgrounds, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address their specific mental health needs and goals.
• Engage actively with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with established policies and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Support clients through the development of practical skills and strategies, aiding them in creating lasting, positive changes in their lives.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and seminars, as well as engaging in community outreach activities to promote mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will be skilled in working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their unique stories will enable you to deliver tailored therapeutic interventions that foster healing and growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required, ensuring you have the foundational knowledge necessary for effective practice.
• An active and valid Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is mandatory to ensure adherence to state regulations and standards in mental health practice.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience working in a clinical mental health setting is essential, providing you with the practical skills needed to manage a caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices is highly advantageous.
• Previous work in a remote or hybrid work setting, demonstrating adaptability and proficiency with digital communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to your salary, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
